I have always enjoyed my experiences with the team for a few years now. Only thing keeping this from being a 5 star rating is there were no instructions for a piece that is going on a $44,000 machine of Mopar greatness.

I'm sure Speedlogix is usually a great company but my experience was pretty terrible.
After going back and forth for weeks asking for quotes and receiving slow/inaccurate responses I was finally able to place my order. 7 days passed and it hadn't shipped yet - turns out, they forgot.
Sure I got many e-mails of apologies but after receiving the item in the mail and seeing the intake tube packaged in a separate FedEx wrapper (as though it was already sold/returned from someone else) makes me wonder what the heck is going on here. Also taking into account the absence of ANY installation instructions what-so-ever... I'm pretty disappointed.
This is my 10th or so cold-air intake purchase and Speedlogix is probably the worst customer experience yet.
They WERE very friendly on the phone and seemed to TRY to make it right, just didn't pan out I guess.
Oh well... not what I would expect when dropping $600 on something.

Parts arrived in a timely fashion which is very appreciated. Although there was some damage to the filter element and a small scratch on the Carbon Fiber tube. That piece was disappointing. I emailed my concerns to Speedlogix and immediately had a response. Which was very much appreciated.
