Vortech Cog Style Supercharger Pulleys are machined from 6061 T-6, hard anodized aluminum with the proper profile to maximize surface contact area for precise fit. Each pulley is built to SAE standards. Cog pulleys must only be used with applications that employ H/D superchargers and Vortech Race Bypass Valves.
Please Note: A change in one pulley size will usually effect boost 1-2 PSIG... down in diameter, up in boost and vice versa.
This pulley will give you 9-10 PSI on a the Vortech Hemi system

Vortech's new bypass valve upgrade is a direct bolt-on to the Vortech V-3 HEMI supercharging system, (using existing sleeves, clamps and bypass signal hose), replacing the standard bypass valve. It's perfect for those owners seeking maximum horsepower through an increase in boost pressure.
The Maxflow Bypass Valve improves supercharger operation by opening to relieve unwanted pressure during deceleration. Flow is rated at 320 CFM at 8 PSIG and the valve is preset to open at 4-5 inches of vacuum.
The kit includes an aluminum discharge tube with welded bypass flange mount, Maxflow Race Bypass Valve with gasket and mounting hardware plus a bypass discharge filter.
These upgrade kits are available in both satin finish (#4CL212-060) or polished finish (#4CL212-068).
